A parcel of land being a part of the North Half (N1/2) of Section Twenty (20), Township Seven
North (T.7N.), Range Sixty-eight West (R.68W.), Sixth Principal Meridian (61h P.M.), City of Fort
Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
Lots Thirty-two (32) and Thirty-three (33), Prospect Industrial Park, according to the recorded plat
thereof on file in the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder's Office in Book 992 at Page 37,
excepting therefrom the Northeasterly three feet of Lot 32, as conveyed to the City of Fort Collins
in Reception Number 2001085386.
Said parcel of land contains 6.708 acres, more or less (±), and is subject to any rights -of -way or
other easements of record or as now existing on said described parcel of land.
