Hello Don,
As far as I can tell, you are basically ready for mylar however, You will
need to make one FCP submittal package to be routed to all of the potential
reviewers and I will get with Steve to complete a routing sheet for you. I
was the only one that recieved a revised copy of the Utility Plan prior to
the hearing and that was only for reference for that hearing. There may also
be easements that need to be recorded before approving the plans ? The
Transportation Development review Fee still applies as we still need to do
at least one round of FCP review + the mylar review and prepare a
development agreement.
Steve, I am leaving at noon today and off tomorrow to get a Lasik procedure
done on my eyes. Can we meet and fill out the routing sheet before noon
today ?
Thank you, Randy

Don,
I have been out of my office, on vacation, from February 16th until today,
February 28th. I have to talk to Randy Maizland about his submittal
requirements and then we can get you the Final Plan Routing Sheet and
requirements. Randy is not in his office at the moment.

Steve,
I have not heard anything about what is needed for FDP to Proceed to Mylar.
We have all the drawings and everything ready, and they have been ready
since our Public Hearing. We need to know if engineering is going to need a
full review, if we need to pay for the TDR fee, and the number of copies to
submit for routing.
Thanks

Don,
I appreciate your reminder about our position on the Current Planning fee of $1,000.00 for Final Plan
review. We will waive that fee with your Final Plan submittal. You are still, however, subject to the
Transportation Development Review Fee of $1,215.00 to be paid to the Engineering Department.
The submittal requirements as indicated on the FINAL PLAN ROUTING SHEET that was sent to you still
apply.

Thanks Steve,
You said at our hearing there would not be a The for Planning and that we
were ready for Mylar.
Has this changed?
Thanks
