We are getting ready to submit a Minor Amendment for these 2 lots in Rigden Farm. We have done similar plans for other lots in the area, most recently lots M6 and M7 for Habitat for Humanity and I don't believe we have needed traffic memos but I could be wrong. The question is whether or not anything is needed from a traffic standpoint to support the units that are proposed vs what might have been assumed originally. Attached is a sketch of the 3 units that are planned for each lot. Let me know what you think. Thanks. Bob Almirall, P.E. I could not find any other approvals for M8 and M9 so I think the approved PDP set these lots up with assumed density, then each lot's approval is through a minor amendment. Let me know if this helps. Thanks! That would dictate whether we need to review the traffic. If it's a minor amendment, then what was approved on the lots before? With that info, I can give you a concrete answer. (But basically, it looks pretty minor to me.... So I'm guessing you're good to go)
