The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for an extension to the
Fox Grove Final Plan which is currently under review, with a resubmittal required. The
development application will lapse on September 20, 2015, 180 days after staff written
review comments dated March 20, 2015.
The Land Use Code authorizes me to grant two extensions for a total of one hundred
eighty (180) days. Based on this extension you must re -submit your revised plans and
comment response letter no later than March 20, 2016 for further staff review. If you
are unable to re -submit the documents for further review by this date and you still wish
to pursue the proposal, then the project will need to be submitted as a new development
application.
