PROPOSAL NAME & LOCATION The Slab Property P.D.P. On November 12, 2015, at 6:00 p.m., at City Hall, 300 LaPorte Avenue, the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board will conduct a public Located at 808 West Prospect Road hearing to consider a development proposal near your property. The Between Shields and Whitcomb Streets project is referred to as The Slab Property #PDP150016. (please see map on reverse) This is a request for a three-story multi -family building containing 59 PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION dwelling units and 70 bedrooms. There would be 87 parking spaces and ' Multi -family Apartments 77 bicycle parking spaces. Primary access is gained via a driveway on ' 59 Units 70 Bedrooms Prospect Road that is limited to right-in/right-out turn movements only. 87 Parking spaces An emergency access and bike and pedestrian access connects the Zoned H-M-N project to Lake Street to the north. The P.D.P. is within the Transit- 1.44 acres Oriented Development Overlay Zone. The P.D.P. represents the re- submittal of an expired project but with significant design changes. The site is located at 808 West Prospect Road and is 1.44 acres in size and zoned H-M-N, High Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood.
