NOTICE
Please take notice that on November 22, 1994, the Director of
Planning of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, approved the Minor
Subdivision known as Fossil Creek. Commercial Plaza, First Replat
which development was submitted and processed in accordance with
Section 29-644 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins. The
Subdivision Plat.of the property together with the development
agreement dated May 25, 1995 between the City of Fort Collins and
the developer, out of which documents accrue certain rights and
obligations of the development and/or subsequent owners of the
subject property are on file in the office of the Clerk of the City
of Fort Collins.
The subject property is more particularly described as follows:
Being a replat of Lot 2 and Lot 3 and a portion of Troutman
Parkway of Fossil Creek Commercial Plaza, located in the
Southeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 7 North, Range 69
West of the 6th P.M., City of Fort Collins, Larimer County,
Colorado.
