Letters of intent: None necessary. 3 "A � (g) Response Letter addressing each of the applicable issues raised in the conceptual review letter. See Attached (h) A statement of planning objectives. See Attached (i) A development schedule indicating the approximate date when construction of the project, or stages of the same, can be expected to begin and be completed, including the proposed phasing of construction of public improvements and recreational and common space areas. The Brooklyn Park Row Houses P.D.P. project hopes to have reached the development approval stage during the summer of 2005. By that point, construction drawings and related work will be nearly completed and submittal for and attainment of a building permit should happen during the fall of 2005. Building construction is expected to commence shortly after receiving a building permit and last into the spring of 2006. 6) Hazardous Materials Impact Analysis. This analysis shall be required for all development proposals that have potential on -site and/or off -site hazardous materials impacts. The analysis shall conform to the requirements of the Poudre Fire Authority. See Attached (k) Any special wildlife, natural habitats and features, ecological or environmental study or report pursuant to Section 3.3 and 3.4 of the Land Use Code as requested by the Director. According to Sections 3.3 and 3.4 in the Fort Collins Land Use Code, the site for the Brooklyn Park Row Houses P.D.P. project is not located within 500' of an identified feature on the Natural Habitats and Features Inventory Map.
