off on the design) so that the existing sheet can be replaced with the revised or
new sheet. This needs to be submitted with the final compliance submittal.

need to be approved before or at the same time this project is approved.
[ 11 / 14/05] For the removal of the storm drain inlet- the original plans (sheet
C 19) needs to be revised to show this change. These plans also need to be
revised to show the new inlet and manhole that you are proposing.
