Conceptual Review issues, while mostly boiler plate, had to do with providing utilities to five buildings instead of one on a small lot.. We believe these issues have been addressed through numerous meetings with the various Dept. heads in Utilities to make sure that the utilities are designed with proper sizes and locations. All other issues are addressed in this PDP submittal. 2.
