Since the project is right up against the property line, there is little room to provide this. Perhaps you could add a few crabapples on the residential side. Again, since the project is right up against the property line, this may be challenging. Screening can either be taller shrubs or a combination fence and landscaping. My suggestion would be to change the parking spaces to compact dimensions and use shrubs for screening so that the view out to the trees is minimally obstructed.
