requesting the allowed 60-day extension for the re -submittal of staff comments
for the Trailhead Village Town Homes PDP, Type 1 Review. Additional time is
required to ensure all staff comments have been fully addressed.

Subject: Trailhead PDP 60-day extension
Dear Cathy,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 60-day
extension to the Trailhead PDP resubmittal deadline. With a 60-day extension to
the February 3 deadline, your new resubmittal deadline will be April 4, 2006.
This extension will hopefully give you sufficient time to resolve outstanding issues
associated with the project. Should you need an additional 30-day extension
beyond that provided, please make an extension request prior to the April 4th
deadline.
