We are pleased to submit for your review and approval the Trail Head Town Homes -Tracts F &
G utility plan set. As you probably know these tracts are located in the previously approved
Trail Head plan set. The final drainage report for Trail Head sized all of the necessary storm
water infrastructure for the developed conditions of these two tracts.
At this time we are asking that it be acceptable to submit these utility sheets with the
understanding that the storm water has been considered with the final drainage report of the Trail
Head plan set. Since we are not altering the direction of the storm water flows and the receiving
detention ponds, the calculations within the final drainage report are still valid. Along with our
next submittal we will be performing a drainage analysis within these sub basins of the Trail
Head drainage report and will supply all calculations that support the sizes and extensions into
Tracts F & G.
