A) If so, then the new pond can be lower, resulting in less detention needed on AB's property? Also, did we not already ask Ken to excavate more than he needs to meet our needs? B) If not, how much more excavation would be needed for the additional 8-10 acres and or cost to lay a longer deeper outfall pipe to the SW corner (near the proposed trail bridge area)? I guess I am thinking if we are this close to using the entire property, does it now make sense to go for it all and be done with this thing...? food for thought.
