OAK - PDP - 5-99 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGMEN Comm .ity Planning and Environmenta. services Current Planning City of Fort Collins May 3, 1999 Dear Resident: On Tuesday, May 18, 1999 at 3:00 p.m., in the Main Conference Room of the Current Planning Department, 281 North College Avenue, the Director of Current Planning of the City of Fort Collins will conduct an Administrative Hearing to consider a request for the following project: Rocky Mountain Bank Building, 315 West Oak Street, AT&T Wireless Telecommunications Equipment, #5-99 The applicant, AT&T Wireless Services, Cellular Division, and the owner of 315 West Oak Street, Johnson Investments, Inc., are requesting to co -locate wireless telecommunication antennas on the existing pole and on the roof of the Rocky Mountain Bank building. The Rocky Mountain Bank building is located at 315 West Oak Street at the southwest corner Howes Street and Oak Street. (Please see map on reverse.) There are presently six antennas on the existing tower arranged in an array of two antennas per three sectors. The request is to double the number of antennas so that there would be four antennas per three sectors for a new total of 12 antennas. Two of the new sectors would be lowered to the top of the roof so there would be eight roof -mounted antennas. One sector would remain on the existing tower so there would be only four antennas up on the tower. If you have any questions about the proposal, please feel free to contact the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department prior to the meeting at 281 North College Avenue (corner of College and Maple) or by calling 221-6750. The list of affected property owners for this administrative hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend, written comments are welcome.
