The Fort Collins - Loveland Water District and the South Fort Collins Sanitation District have reviewed
the above mentioned annexation and submit the following comments.
The property is not within the service area of the South Fort Collins Sanitation District and
therefore sanitary sewer service is contingent upon the land being included into the District
boundary, which must be approved by the Board of Directors .
There will be rebate costs for the off -site sanitary sewer lines that will be due prior to building
permits -
The owner is responsible for all costs associated with improvements for water and sanitary sewer
service as may be required by the District.
