PROSPECT RD. - RITE AID) - 6-99 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARING (3)No Text Commu y Planning and Environmental :vices Current Planning May 20, 1999 City of Fort Collins Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Thursday, June 3, 1999, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers", City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Prospect/Lemay Rite Aid (Modification Request), #6-99. This is a request for a modification to Land Use Code Section 3.2.2(D) Access and Parking Lot Requirements specifically, Section 3.2.2(D) Location (3). The property is located at 943 East Prospect Road, on the south side of the Prospect Road at the southwest corner of the intersection of Prospect Road and Lemay Avenue. The property is zoned LMN — Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood District. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no guarantee this item will be heard on the date advertised.
