Shields Architect's Project No.: 9908 Dear Troy, Thank you for your review comments on the minor amendment for 801 So. Shields submittal. I have addressed the issues in the following manner: 1. 40% of the required 20 spaces will be compact. They are noted on the plans with the letter C 2. Narrative is included with this resubmittal. 3. The 5 foot landscaping strip has been provided on the west property line as required. The parking agreement with the property owner to the south is included with this resubmittal. 4. The drive aisle widths have been adjusted to meet the LUC standards. 5. The parking on the west has been changed to be single loaded parallel parking. 6. The parking on the south has been changed to be single loaded parallel and single loaded perpendicular. 7. The plat is being produced by the surveyor and will be provided as soon as I get it. 8. The canopy trees (Burr Oaks) existing along So. Shields Street are approx. 25' o.c. and will be retained. 9. The trash enclosure has been moved to be more than 20' from the sidewalk. 10. The landscape plan shows species and sizes of existing and proposed plantings. 11. The building envelope has been noted on the plan. 12. The landscape setback along So.
