Dear Mr. Jones:
Since the proposed project consists of one building, which includes all units and common/recreational
areas, the construction will be completed in one phase. Construction should begin on April 1, 2001 and ,
Certificates of Occupancy should be obtained no later than December 31, 2001. Punchlist work will begin
immediately after the issuance of Certificates of Occupancy.
