Troy -
I got your message on Friday regarding the 801 South Shields Street project. Since this is a
change -in -use project, engineering is still going to want the improvements completed, which have been
stated, regardless if it is a minor amendment or not. Because of the required improvements, I don't know
if I feel comfortable enough routing just the typical site and landscape plans (as is normally done with a
minor amendment). I think it would be best if they turn in a utility plan set showing the improvements, i.e.
treat this as a new project. Let me know what comes of this.
