THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SUBMITTAL!!!!!!
At staff review on November 10`h, we had determined that this project was
almost ready for hearing except for the following:
1) Engineering needs a soils report.
2) Stormwater needs more information on the channel.
3) Current Planning needs a formal request for alternative compliance
for street trees where the existing utilities are preventing trees from
being located where the LUC specifies they must be located.
Jeff, are there any concerns that have not been addressed that would prevent
this project from going to hearing?
Can you all let me know (hopefully by December 30th) if this informal
submittal satisfies all the concerns that would hold this up from going to
hearing?
