Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Dear Troy, Please find enclosed the revised Site and Landscape Plans and the Utility Plans for A-Z Party Rental. The following are explanations for your comments in your letter dated November 17, 1999. 8. C. The building elevations were revised to a 24" X 36" sheet. 8. E. The issues raised were regarding a submittal of a soils report and the water capacity of the channel. Mark Virata determined a soils report is not required when there are no public improvements required. I met with Donny Dustin and Basil Hamden regarding the stormwater capacity. The channel has the capacity from approximately 140 feet down stream from the beginning of the channel. The channel was designed and constructed by the City of Fort Collins, therefore Basil and Donny are investigating the issue. 8. F. Since I met with Marc, Donny & Basil, can you contact them regarding scheduling the Type I hearing? I will speak with you, regarding the alternative compliance with the location of the street trees when I bring the revisions. Thank you for your help in this matter.
