Mapping/Drafting: a. Boundary and Legal close. b. The West. Line of the NW'/4 does not show the 1/16 corner at Riverside, it probable should. 2. Engineering Department: a. Refer to redlined plans. b. See attached comments. 3. Stormwater Utility Department: a. Refer to redlined plans. b. See attached comments. 4. Water/Wastewater: a. No comment. 5. Current Planning: a. Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code requires that an applicant submit revisions based on this letter within 90 days or the project application becomes null and void. Your response to the City's concerns is due by May 24, 2000. A 30-day extension to this deadline is available. Request for an extension should be directed to the Current Planning Director.
