Please be advised that from 1986 to the date hereof, the property, the subject of the
submittal by Gensler on behalf of Ultimate Electronics (Soundtrack) has been owned
by Matmar Fort Collins General Partnership, a Colorado general partnership
consisting of Angelo Mariani, as managing general partner and Edward E. Matthews
as general partner. Matmar of Fort Collins General Partnership has authorized
Gensler to make all subdivision (platting) and development (if any) submittals on its
behalf to the City of Fort Collins with regard to the captioned development.
