Re: Rams Park
The portion of the site shown on the attached plan should be identified as a tract on the
plat for Rams Park. The entire tract must be a public access easement.
Put this text on the description of the tract on the Rams Park Plat:
"It is intended, through the provision of the public access easement in this tract, that a
future vehicular connection allowance be made to and through the Rams Park site from
the site currently known as the "Kentucky Fried Chicken at West Elizabeth" site if such
site redevelops and the city desires the connection to be made. If such connection puts
the Rams Park PDP in non-compliance of the minimum number of required parking
spaces, permission is hereby granted to the future developers of the K.F.C. at West
Elizabeth site to substitute the 3 parking spaces in this tract for the provision of 3 stalls of
shared parking through a joint parking arrangement."
Note that the KFC PUD minor amendment that you will be submitting as part of this
project must also identify the public access easement of the above tract and must include
a general note that says the following:
"Upon any redevelopment of this site, a vehicular connection will be made to and
through the public access easement identified on the property to the north, if the city
desires the vehicular connection to be made."
