Project Development Plan Submittal
Dear Rebecca,
We are pleased to submit the following documents for review of the Block One Mixed Use Project.
This submittal follows the Conceptual Review process and several coordination meetings with city
staff members. This commercial mixed -use project is a great addition to the growing Rigden Farm
neighborhood, as it provides much needed office/retail space clustered around an outdoor
community gathering space.
We have included the required submittal items, a detailed project narrative in the Statement of
Planning Objectives, and response to the comments from the Conceptual Review meeting. Please
