On Tuesday, July 24, 2001, at 3:00 p.m., at 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins,
Colorado, 80525, the Hearing Officer of the City of Fort Collins will hold a public hearing
to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as Big
A Self -Storage (2121 S. College Ave.) Wireless Telecommunications Facility, File
#18-01.
This is a request for construction of a monopole located at 2121 S. College Ave, Big A
Self -Storage. The property is located south of Arthur Drive, west of College Ave and
north of Drake Road. Zoning is C —Commercial
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of
the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all
neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
