Low landscaping at the intersection
Please provide a note on the plans stating that landscaping within the "vision
triange" at the corner of Olive and Peterson Streets will be maintained at 24" or
less in height, in order to maintain adequate site distance at the corner. The
vision triangle is that area formed at the corner intersection, whose two sides
are15 feet, measured along the property line, and whose third side is a line
connecting the two sides.
