However, I cannot record the Plat or other development plans (Site, Landscape, Building Elevations) until the Development Agreement (D.A.) is signed by both Jon & the City and the Utility Plans are approved and signed. Susan tells me that the D.A. has been sent to our attorney's office for review and, hopefully soon, signatures. Also, I am unable to read the Interim Landscape Plan that was e-mailed to me; therefore, I cannot review it. And, Plant Note 17 on the Landscape Plan needs be revised to state that: "Phase 1 and Phase 2 landscaping shall be installed or secured with a letter of credit, escrow, or performance bond for 125% of the value of the plant materials and labor for the landscaping prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy respectively for each such phase". I cannot do anything with the mylars for the Site, Landscape, Interim Landscape, and Building Plans and the Subdivision Plat at this time, so it is not necessary to be in a hurry to make these mylars. City staff needs to get the Development Agreement and Utility Plans approved and signed first, before the aforementioned documents can be recorded. Have a safe and happy 4th of July.
