Kaye,
Everyone is happy with the Plat and, yes, you can print the mylars. However, I cannot record the Plat or
other development plans (Site, Landscape, Building Elevations) until the Development Agreement (D.A.)
is signed by both Jon & the City and the Utility Plans are approved and signed. Susan tells me that the
D.A. has been sent to our attorney's office for review and, hopefully soon, signatures.
