Department: Light & Power Issue Contact: Doug Martine Topic: Utility Plans Number: 566 Created: 12/ 1 /2005 [12/1/05] Plans show an electric transformer between the walk & curb S.E. of building N. Due to electric loads it will be necessary to use pad type transformers which City Engineering will not allow between the walk and curb. Therefore a pad type transformer will be set approximately 2 ft. W. of the sidewalk at this location. Other pad type transformers are planned at similar locations S.W. of building J, S.W. of building H, N.E. of building P, and S.E. of building B. Number: 567 Created: 12/ 1 /2005 [ 12/ 1 /05] The plan shows gas and electric meter locations on buildings P & Q swapped from the agreement at the utility coordination meeting of 2-23- 05. The electric meters are planned on the S. side of building Q & the N. side pr building P. If using blocks, need to separate blocks w/ line type. 5. Lot and Tract numbering, naming could use work- confusing 6. Each block should stand alone- lots in that block start with the first number or letter (Blk 1, lot A, Blk 2, lot A). In other words, don't just continue the lettering across different blocks.
