Collins, CO Comments from your 2/2/01 response to our Conceptual Review have been incorporated into our final plans as appropriate. Attached is the project development plan application for construction, including: 1. A completed Current Planning Department Application Form. 2. A set of I x 17" construction drawings that include architectural elevations, floor and preliminary foundation plans of all proposed buildings, site plan, landscape plan, utility system plan for existing and proposed utilities including non-public street details. 3. A context diagram to 200 feet beyond the site. 4. An oblique aerial photo of the site that we have substituted for the photometric plan. 5. A copy of the Decision Memo that documents compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act, 36 CFR 215 and the public scoping the Forest Service conducted for this project. A Transportation Impact Analysis is not included because Eric Bracke of the Transportation Department waived that submittal requirement, due to our low impact. An explanation of any modification request from City design criteria and standards is not included because there are none planned or anticipated. A subdivision plat is not included because the subdivision of ownership is not planned nor will any public streets be created. In addition, signed letters of intent for off -site easements or rights - of -way are not included because none are planned or anticipated. An application fee is not enclosed because the Federal Government is prohibited by federal statute 40 U.S.0 617 from paying fees to State and Local jurisdictions. 40 U.S.0 617 provides for a 30-day review and comment period on U.S. Government projects.
