On Tuesday, September 13, 2005, at 4:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible,
in Conference Room A, 281 North College Avenue*, the City of Fort Collins
Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for a development
proposal in your neighborhood commonly known as Rigden Farm, 121h Filing, The
Colony, Project Development Plan, #56-98AC.
This is a request for 48 multi -family units in two three-story buildings on 2.6 acres in the
Rigden Farm development. The property is located on the south side of Custer Drive at
Kansas Drive, and zoned MMN, Medium Density Mixed Use Neighborhood.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
