This is a request for an extension of the review process for the FOSSIL LAKE PDP - 4TH FILING.
Since the last staff review summary, issued on November 7, 2002, we have held a series of meetings with
neighborhood representatives in an attempt to address several of their concerns and perspectives, particularly
as related to a direct access to the site from Ziegler Road. As a result, we have submitted two variance
requests to the Engineering Department (one on January 15 and one on February 4). Both Troy Jones and
Sheri Wamhoff are aware of these factors.
Having received unofficial favorable staff comment in support of the above requests, we are proceeding with
further redesign of the site based upon those proposed changes. We hope to be able to re -submit on this
basis within the next two weeks. I am also meeting with Troy Jones on Thursday, February 6, to further
facilitate this re -submission.
