The proposed project is commonly known as Fossil Lake Annexation #1, #2, #3 —Type II, File #33-01, #33-01A, #33- 01 B. This is a request for 3 sequential annexations. The three annexation sites are approximately, 2.4 acres, 9.2 acres, and 274.2 acres of property. The 3 sites together have the same boundaries as the Fossil Lake P.U.D. First and Second Filings, which are located south of (and including) Kechter Road, east of (and including) Ziegler Road, west of the Staley Annexation, and north of the Fossil Creek Reservoir. The requested zoning is Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood (LMN) for the first two annexations, and a combination of Low Density Mixed Use Neighborhood (LMN), Urban Estate (UE), and Transition (T) for the third annexation. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no guarantee this item will be heard on the date advertised. For the benefit of those attending the meeting, the Board typically sets their schedule at the beginning of the meeting.
