Re: Montgomery Wards Site Redevelopment — Request for Additional Extension
Dear Cameron:
Please consider this as the formal request for an additional 30 day extension for response to the
City's review comments on the Montgomery Wards Site Redevelopment. The comment letter is
dated March 20, 2001, which required a response by June 20, 2001. The original extension
request moved that date to August 20, 2001. There have been some further delays in finalizing
information relative to the potential tenants and it is our desire to not only address the City's
comments, but the potential tenants needs as well in order to reduce the need for further Minor
Amendments. We believe that an additional 30 day extension will provide adequate time for this
to occur.
Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions or comments, or need

resubmittal deadline FINAL 30-day extension
Dear Mr. Klockeman,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for an additional
30-day extension to the Wards Redevelopment -University Shopping Center
Minor Amendment resubmittal deadline. With your previous deadline of August
20, 2001, the new deadline will be September 19, 2001. This will hopefully give
you sufficient time to resolve issues with your potential tenants.
Please note that this is the last time extension that I'm authorized to grant.
Failure to resubmit plans by the September 19th deadline will result in the
lapse of the Minor Amendment application.
