Dear Steve,
Attached are revisions to Riverbend Project Development Plans, revised in response to City staff and
agency review comments. The comments made and revisions requested on the PDP have been addressed
as follows:
I. The Pedestrian walkway is shown per the modification approved by the Planning and Zoning
Board.
2. The guest parking is shown being either asphalt or standard concrete.
3. We are working with the Natural Resources staff on getting hearing dates scheduled.
4. Misc. Plat and civil changes have been made.
