Re: Caribou Apartments Project Development Plan
To Whom It May Concern:
The Caribou Apartments Project Development Plan is a residential project consisting of
193 multi -family dwelling units, located in Pon Collins, Colorado. The project Was
submitted for review to the City on June 14, 2002 and is currently within the
development review process. It is anticipated that the project will receive preliminary
approval in December, 2002.

Re: Caribou Apartments Project Development Plan
To Whom It May Concern:
The Caribou Apartments Project Development Plan is a residential project consisting of
193 multi -family dwelling units, located in Fort Collins, Colorado. The project was
submitted for review to the City on June 14, 2002 and received preliminary approval on
April 1, 2003. The project is awaiting final approval, which is granted upon signing and
recording of the development agreement, utility plans, site plan and subdivision plat.
