Staff has reviewed your submittal for WHITE SUBDIVISION (FORMERLY MAIL CREEK
PARK SUBDIVISION), and we offer the following comments:

[2/10/06] [2/10/06] From what I can find it appears that this project has expired/lapsed and
should be a brand new application.
It has been more than three years from the hearing date to the date of resubmittal and per
Section 2.2.11(C ) the original plan, approvals and agreements becomes null and void and a
reapplication would be needed. If this is a reapplication the Transportation Development
Review Fees (TDRF) have not been paid for the review and processing of this submittal.
Additional research on this project will be done. If it is determined somehow that the project
is still valid comments on the submittal will be provided at that time or if it is determined to be
a new submittal and TDRF are paid the project will be reviewed and comments provided.
Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit.
