Correct. we are proposing a new alignment to cross under Vine west of Waterglen.

After receiving all comments from City staff while completing comments back to BHA for the Whitham
Property ODP I became aware that Advance Planning and Transportation Planning are recommending
that the proposed trail stay on the Whitham Property and cross East Vine Drive to the north, without
crossing the ImuTek (Henry Dyjak's) property. I have called Henry and advised him that a meeting at this
time is probably not necessary to talk about the proposed trail alignment.
Please let me know if you disagree with this assessment
