Thank you for your letter of August 13 regarding the City of fort Collins Planning and Zoning
Board's deliberations on the CSU Center for the Performing Arts project. The information will be
made available to the voting Board members in' dvance of the meeting. To facilitate your plannin.a
in regard to the Board of Governors meeting on Wednesday, August 28, 2002, the Board will hear
public testimony on that item at 11:00 a.m. The President of the Board will allocate a total of 15
minutes to be divided evenly among whatever number of people wish to comment.
The Board meeting will be held in the Bast Ballroom of the occhiato University Center, University
of Southern Colorado, Pueblo, CO.
