Re: Phone comments on CSU Arts Center
Mrs. Irmel Fagan, 88 years old, received an APO letter on the University Performing Arts Center. She
lives at 409 Buckeye Street. She has lived at that address since 1956. Mrs. Fagan is a retired
Professor at CSU and started the dance program. She supports the project and does not feel it would
hurt the neighborhood.
Mrs. Fagan's only concern is that the green area that is east of the school, which was the football field
area remain grass. She does not want it to turn into a parking lot.
Mrs. Fagan believes it is a good use of the building.
