Subject: Rezoning of Drake & Taft Hill
Mr. Clark Mapes, Advanced Zoning Board
The first most of us heard about the possibility of re -zoning the above area
from low density mixed use to medium density mixed use was. at our recent
Hampshire Pond HOA meeting.
Since we are west and south of Drake & Taft Hill, our feasible access to go
north, east or south is through that intersection, much of which was denied
us for a year. It's busy already, and adding medium density living and
business to Taft Hill near Drake will add considerably to the congestion.
Please take our pleasant neighborhood into consideration and don't increase
the density already designated to the immediate area.
