The project is located at 701 Wagner Drive and will have 10% of the units affordable to households at 80% and below Area Median Income (AMI). This project meets the minimum threshold for affordability and qualifies for Priority Processing and a 10% waiver of its Development Review Fees. The waiver only applies to fees charged by the Current Planning Department. Please implement Priority Processing procedures for this project's development review process.
