RE: Interstate Land — Extension request for response to City comments
Please consider this memorandum as a request for a sixty-day extension on the response to
comments for the Interstate Land Modification of Standard application. The application was
originally submitted on December 3, 2002. The comments were received by the applicant on
January 9, 2003 and will lapse on April 9, 2003.
The project is located on the northwest corner of Interstate 25 and Prospect Road. The
Modification of Standard request details a desired to decrease the width of the required three
hundred foot buffer along the Cooper Slough.

Subject: Interstate Land (PDP) resubmittal deadline 60-day extension
Dear Mr. Carter,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved a 60-day extension to the
Interstate Land PDP resubmittal deadline. With the original deadline of April 9,
2003, the new deadline will be June 9, 2003. This will hopefully give you
sufficient time to address natural resource issues raised during the review
process.
