Number 35 Jeff Hill As previously indicated, provide the required landscape and utility separation distances. Correct standard general note on the landscape plans pertaining to landscape utility separation requirements. Maintain 10 feet of separation between trees and water/sewer lines and 4 feet of separation shrubs and water/sewer lines. The Fort Collins Land use code no longer specifies that a separation distance of 10 feet be maintained between trees and water/sewer lines. Only a 6-foot separation is required. The plans meet this standard. Shrubs have been kept a minimum of 4 feet away from meters but not from the water/sewer lines. The applicant's representative is not aware of a code section that specifies such separation requirements. Number 102 See site, landscape and utility plans for other comments So noted. Thank you.
