A neighborhood meeting was held on August 26, 2003, 6:30 p.m. at the City of Fort
Collins Service Center, 700 Wood Street for the City of Fort Collins Vehicle Storage and
Operations Service Maintenance Facility rezone.
No members of the neighborhood attended this meeting. The Current Planning
Department did receive a phone call from Mrs. Dinkleman, 620 Park Street, concerning
the provision of adequate screening with the new facility. An e-mail was sent from
Connie Doster (attached), also concerned with screening and excessive lighting of the
new facility.
These concerns will be addressed at the Project Development Plan stage, which will
include a detailed site, landscape and lighting plan.
