Subject: Adrian Subdivision PDP Final Plan 60-day extension
Dear Troy,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 60-day
extension to the Adrian Subdivision PDP Final Plan resubmittal deadline. With a
60-day extension to the May 6 deadline, your new resubmittal deadline will be
July 5, 2005.
This extension will hopefully give you sufficient time to resolve outstanding issues
associated with the project. Should you need an additional 30-day extension
beyond that provided, please make an extension request prior to the July 5thtn
deadline.

Re: Adrian Subdivision Extension
Pete,
On May 5, 2005, Cameron Gloss granted the Adrian Subdivision PDP
Final Plan a 60-day extension in accordance with 2.2.11(A) of the LUC.
With the 60-day extension, Cameron specified that our new resubmittal
deadline will be on July 5, 2005. We are working on our resubmittal, and
need just a little bit more time than the July 5th deadline. In Cameron's
letter he mentioned that we have another 30-day extension available if we
request it prior to July 5"'. We hereby request said 30-day extension.
Please see the attached copy of Cameron's May 5th extension letter.

June 24, 2005
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 30-day
extension to the Adrian Subdivision PDP/FC Project # 42-03C, resubmittal
deadline. With a 30-day extension to the July 5th deadline, your new resubmittal
deadline will be August 5, 2005.
This extension will hopefully give you sufficient time to resolve any outstanding
issues. This exhausts all possible extensions and no more will be granted after
that date.
