Project: Fort Collins Coloradoan — Response to comments dated 03/31/04
Dear Ted
We have revised the plans for the Fort Collins Coloradoan per city comments dated 03/31/04.
An easement document is being prepared and will be submitted next week. The easement
dedication documents are attached for your review.
Our responses are as follows:
Water Wastewater — Jeff Hill General Comments
• Cleanouts are no longer in vehicle traffic areas. A traffic rated cleanout detail is not
required
• Easements will be provided by separate document.
• Your entire plan redlines have been addressed or responded to on the plans.
Stormwater — Wes Lamarque
• Drainage easements will be provided for the water quality pond. These will be
provided along with the other easements that are being dedicated by separate
document on the plan.
• A site -specific water quality device is provided on the detail sheet. You will note that
is labeled "modified for the Coloradoan". A detail showing how the plate will be
attached to the wall is also included on the detail sheet.
• Notes have been added as requested.
• All of your plan and report redlines have been addressed or responded to on the plans
or in the report.
Engineering - Susan Joy
• All items indicated on Appendix E-4 are now included on the plan.
• We have worked on improving the scanability of the plans and feel that this is the
best we can do. We will gladly provide the City a CD with the drawings if that will
help.
• All of your plan redlines have been addressed or responded to on the plans.
