Project: Coloradoan Office Design — Natural areas
Regarding the Submittal of the "Coloradoan Office Design' to the City of Fort Collins
This project site was originally developed as a Collins Cashways, with storage yards/barns, and
as such is covered almost entirely by pavements and buildings. To the best of our knowledge
there are no areas located on this site that would be considered as natural areas. Therefore, we
have not included any environmental studies for this project.
