Per a telephone >conversation yesterday with Tim Buchanan, the City Forester, the >following action has been, or can be, taken: >* There were diseased Siberian Elm and Boxelder trees along East Olive >Street that the City has already removed. The applicant will be adding 3 >new street trees in this area. Also, there are 2 Green Ash trees and 1 >Norway Maple tree along Smith Street and East Olive Street that will be >retained as street trees. >* There is a Black Locust tree on the north side of the house that is >not in good condition. It has pest borings and infestation.
